Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end performance testing strategy for Oracle Utilities applications, including load, stress, and spike testing.
- Design and execute test scripts using industry-standard tools (e.g., JMeter, NeoLoad, LoadRunner) to simulate real-world user scenarios.
- Analyze complex performance data to identify bottlenecks, latency issues, and scalability constraints in the system.
- Mentor and guide junior QA engineers, conducting code reviews, knowledge sharing sessions, and technical training.
- Collaborate closely with development, DevOps, and business teams to define performance metrics and resolve critical issues.
- Document detailed test plans, execution results, and optimization recommendations to support continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) processes.
- Ensure compliance with Oracle Utilities standards and industry best practices for software quality assurance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in Performance Testing, specifically within Oracle Utilities or similar large-scale enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, or NeoLoad.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex performance issues and translate them into technical solutions.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) and SQL for data validation is highly desirable.
