- Assist the head chef and kitchen team with food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and cooking dishes according to standard recipes.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized kitchen workspace in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean and in proper working order before and after use.
- Monitor food inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies to minimize waste and reduce costs.
- Plate and present dishes according to the restaurant's quality standards and plating guidelines.
- Adhere to strict hygiene standards and personal grooming requirements at all times.
- Support the team during peak service hours to ensure timely food delivery to the dining area.
Kualifikasi
