Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct virtual consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs and offer tailored insurance solutions.
- Analyze client requirements and recommend appropriate policies, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Manage and update client records accurately using our CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and performance KPIs through effective prospecting and closing techniques.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat to maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Participate in ongoing virtual training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the underwriting and claims departments to resolve complex client issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Must be willing to work part-time on a remote basis (Work-from-Home).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone or video calls.
