Tanggung Jawab
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collection for patients of all ages with high precision.
- Ensure correct labeling and handling of specimens to maintain laboratory integrity.
- Maintain a sterile and organized workstation in compliance with clinical safety protocols.
- Provide clear communication and instructions to patients to minimize anxiety during procedures.
- Assist medical staff with clinical tasks, documentation, and patient registration as required.
- Adhere to strict infection control and workplace safety guidelines.
- Manage patient records accurately within the internal database system.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Nursing, Phlebotomy Certification, or equivalent healthcare qualification.
- Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience in blood collection or patient care.
- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB) if applying as an Enrolled Nurse.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient-centric approach.
