Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven automation workflows using platforms like Make, Zapier, or n8n.
- Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) such as OpenAI and Anthropic into existing business systems and CRMs.
- Collaborate directly with founders to identify bottlenecks and architect scalable tech solutions.
- Write clean, maintainable code (Python, JavaScript/Node.js) for custom API integrations and backend processes.
- Monitor, test, and optimize AI systems to ensure high reliability, data security, and performance.
- Create comprehensive documentation for all system architectures, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automations and API endpoints in a timely manner.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent proven practical experience.
- Demonstrable experience as an AI Automation Engineer, Systems Architect, or similar technical role.
- Strong proficiency in automation tools (Make, Zapier) and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript).
- Hands-on experience integrating third-party APIs and working with RESTful web services.
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and utilizing AI APIs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for process optimization.
- Outstanding English communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Highly self-motivated and capable of thriving in a 100% remote, work-from-home environment.
