Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify new sales leads.
- Schedule appointments for the sales team based on client availability and calendar.
- Update and maintain accurate records in the CRM database.
- Follow up on leads to maintain engagement and move them through the sales funnel.
- Communicate effectively with both internal sales teams and external clients.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for appointments set.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred.
