Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all aspects of permitting and compliance for mining operations
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Monitor regulatory changes and ensure company adherence to all applicable laws
- Coordinate with government agencies and stakeholders regarding permits and regulatory matters
- Lead internal audits and compliance assessments
- Prepare and submit required reports to regulatory authorities
- Train staff on compliance requirements and best practices
- Manage compliance documentation and record-keeping systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Mining Engineering, Law, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compliance and permitting, preferably in the mining industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and environmental standards
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to manage complex compliance projects
- Experience working with government agencies and regulatory bodies
- Certification in compliance management or related field is preferred
- Proficiency in compliance software and data management systems
