We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Permit Supervisor to join our team in Jakarta Pusat. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of all mining and natural resource permits, ensuring strict adherence to government regulations and company policies. You will serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory bodies, managing the lifecycle of licenses from application to renewal. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of mining permits, licenses, and environmental clearances.
- Ensure full compliance with Indonesian mining regulations, labor laws, and local government requirements.
- Liaise effectively with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external legal consultants.
- Maintain accurate, organized, and up-to-date records of all permit statuses and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve permit-related issues and minimize operational delays.
- Prepare detailed reports, correspondence, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure ongoing compliance and identify potential compliance risks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Mining Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in permit supervision, mining operations, or natural resource management.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations, environmental laws, and administrative procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and permit management software.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
