- Review and analyze engineering plans to ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes
- Prepare and submit permit applications to relevant government authorities
- Coordinate with regulatory agencies to address any compliance issues or concerns
- Conduct site inspections to verify construction adherence to approved plans
- Maintain accurate documentation of permits, approvals, and correspondence
- Stay updated on changes in local regulations and permitting requirements
- Collaborate with project teams to integrate permitting requirements into project timelines
- Provide technical guidance on compliance matters to project stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in permitting for industrial or plant construction
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, zoning regulations, and safety standards
- Experience preparing and submitting permit applications to Singapore authorities
- Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating with various stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in engineering software and permit management systems
