Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives and team members across various locations
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements in Bali and other Indonesian destinations
- Prepare, edit, and distribute documents, reports, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events and team building activities in different locations
- Conduct research and gather information as required for various projects
- Act as a liaison between team members and external partners in different regions
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in both Indonesian and English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and work in remote locations
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
- Flexibility to travel within Indonesia as required
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in all tasks
