Tanggung Jawab
- Manage executive calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements efficiently
- Coordinate internal communications and external stakeholder interactions
- Prepare, edit, and distribute confidential documents and correspondence
- Organize meetings, events, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Handle expense reports, invoicing, and financial documentation accurately
- Conduct research and compile information for strategic decision-making
- Maintain filing systems and ensure compliance with company policies
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in executive administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong organizational abilities with multitasking capabilities
- Discretion and confidentiality handling sensitive information
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities
- Relevant degree in Administration or equivalent certification preferred
