Tanggung Jawab
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements
- Screen and prioritize communications (emails, calls, correspondence)
- Prepare, edit, and distribute professional documents and reports
- Organize digital and physical filing systems for easy access
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Assist with event planning and meeting logistics
- Perform ad-h administrative tasks as needed
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of administrative or personal assistant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
