Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the executive's daily calendar, including meeting scheduling and travel arrangements.
- Handle confidential correspondence, phone calls, and emails with high-level discretion.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes as required.
- Facilitate communication between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders.
- Manage personal errands and private appointments to ensure a seamless work-life balance for the executive.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure quick retrieval of important documents.
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, meetings, or social engagements as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar administrative role.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with an eye for detail.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain total confidentiality.
- Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities rapidly.
