- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate complex meeting logistics
- Handle confidential correspondence, communications, and document preparation
- Oversee administrative operations including filing, data management, and record-keeping
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and accommodations
- Act as primary liaison between directorate and internal departments/external partners
- Prepare reports, presentations, and confidential documentation
- Manage ad-hoc projects and provide specialized administrative support
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and business operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience as Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Discretion and proven ability to handle confidential information
