Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Prepare detailed travel itineraries and handle all travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and local transportation.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, filtering communications effectively.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents with high attention to detail.
  • Organize and coordinate company events, team meetings, and corporate functions.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with complete confidentiality and integrity.
  • Assist in general office administration and ad-hoc projects as required by management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in any field, with a preference for Business Administration or Communications.
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative support role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving abilities.
