Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and coordinate complex executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, calls, and appointments.
  • Organize detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation arrangements.
  • Handle incoming correspondence, emails, and phone calls with high professionalism and discretion.
  • Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations for leadership.
  • Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, or off-site meetings as required.
  • Maintain electronic filing systems and ensure office supplies and essential resources are available.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively resolve potential scheduling conflicts or operational bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate communication between departments and external stakeholders to ensure clear alignment.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar high-level administrative role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital scheduling tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
