Tanggung Jawab
- Manage executive calendar, appointments, and meeting scheduling with precision
- Coordinate complex domestic and international travel arrangements
- Prepare meeting materials, agendas, and confidential documentation
- Act as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Handle expense reports and administrative documentation
- Conduct research and compile information for executive decision-making
- Maintain organized filing systems and digital records
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support as needed
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field
- 2+ years of experience as Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities in Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proactive problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities
- Professional demeanor with polished business etiquette
