Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative and scheduling support to senior management, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
- Manage end-to-end asset administration, including procurement, tracking, maintenance scheduling, and inventory audits.
- Prepare, draft, and organize confidential business correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation and resources are prepared in advance.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and operational administrative budgets.
- Maintain accurate filing systems and digital records for company assets and executive administrative tasks.
- Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering professional communication.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Administrative Officer role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills for asset tracking and reporting.
