You will be instrumental in optimizing office workflows, tracking company assets, and ensuring that daily business operations run seamlessly. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and scheduling support to senior management, including calendar management and travel arrangements.
  • Manage end-to-end asset administration, including procurement, tracking, maintenance scheduling, and inventory audits.
  • Prepare, draft, and organize confidential business correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring all necessary documentation and resources are prepared in advance.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and operational administrative budgets.
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and digital records for company assets and executive administrative tasks.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, fostering professional communication.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Personal Assistant or Administrative Officer role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of integrity and discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical skills for asset tracking and reporting.
