Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional driving services for business meetings, errands, and supply runs.
- Maintain the cleanliness and scheduled maintenance of company vehicles.
- Assist in daily administrative tasks, including filing, scheduling, and office support.
- Coordinate with the cafe and shop team to ensure smooth inventory logistics.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- Run essential errands to support the operational needs of the business.
- Prepare reports or documentation as requested by management.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Driver, or similar administrative role.
- Possess a valid Indonesian driver's license (SIM A) with a clean driving record.
- Strong knowledge of Bali roads and traffic management in the Badung area.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Fluent in Indonesian; conversational English is a strong advantage.
- High level of reliability, punctuality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate business demands.
