Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the daily schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Provide safe, professional driving services for the executive team and designated staff members.
- Handle confidential documentation, incoming correspondence, and administrative filing tasks with high precision.
- Maintain the cleanliness, security, and regular maintenance schedule of company vehicles.
- Act as a reliable liaison between the management office and other hospital departments.
- Assist in managing personal and business errands as required to support executive efficiency.
- Ensure timely arrival at all destinations by monitoring traffic conditions and planning optimal routes.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Driver, or in a similar professional support role.
- Possess a valid driver's license (SIM A) with a clean driving record and strong safety awareness.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and preferably basic English.
- Outstanding organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficient in using navigation tools (Google Maps, Waze) and basic office software (MS Office).
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or vocational certification is an advantage.
- Must reside in or be willing to commute regularly to the Ubud area.
