Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and organize the General Director's daily schedule, appointments, and meetings
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional confidentiality
- Facilitate business communications in both Mandarin and Indonesian
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for business meetings
- Coordinate business travel arrangements and accommodations
- Act as a liaison between the General Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Manage incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas and follow-up on action items
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Mandarin and Indonesian languages (both written and spoken)
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business software
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
- Adaptability and ability to perform well under pressure
