Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and coordinate the executive’s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements (domestic and international).
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, including clients and partners.
  • Provide accurate and professional translation and interpretation services between Mandarin, English, and Indonesian.
  • Prepare, review, and manage confidential documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, including agenda setting, minute taking, and action item follow-up.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as expense reporting, invoice processing, and office supply management.
  • Conduct research and compile data for special projects and strategic initiatives.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or similar administrative role.
  • Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and virtual communication tools.
