PT Indo Property Hub is looking for a dedicated and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) to the Director to join our rapidly growing prop-tech team in Bali. As a key member of the executive office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our director’s daily activities, allowing leadership to focus on strategic growth and market expansion.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the Director's daily calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and complex travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations with high attention to detail.
- Coordinate domestic and international business travel, including itinerary planning and visa assistance.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors to the appropriate person or department.
- Take accurate meeting minutes and distribute action points to relevant stakeholders.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in organizing company events and internal meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Secretary.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and office management tools.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional English proficiency.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
- Available to work in Denpasar Selatan, Bali.
