Nobel Riggindo is seeking a highly organized, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO. In this pivotal role, you will act as the right hand to the executive, managing complex schedules, professional communications, and personal requirements to ensure the CEO remains focused on strategic business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a master of logistics, an excellent communicator, and someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for streamlining the CEO's daily workflow, handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality, and serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the CEO’s complex calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel itineraries.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal staff and external business partners, ensuring professional communication at all times.
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for executive review.
  • Coordinate all aspects of both international and domestic business travel, including visa arrangements and logistics.
  • Handle personal errands and ad-hoc requests to ensure the CEO’s work-life balance is maintained effectively.
  • Organize and attend executive meetings, documenting minutes and following up on action items.
  • Manage expense reporting, filing, and other administrative tasks with high accuracy.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all business and personal sensitive information.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an executive assistant or personal assistant role supporting high-level management.
  • Exceptional command of spoken and written English and Indonesian.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital scheduling tools.
  • Proven ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and reliability.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate executive needs before they arise.
