Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage the Director's daily calendar, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and appointment scheduling.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential documentation, corporate records, and general secretarial duties with high precision.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports as requested.
  • Monitor and track key projects to ensure deadlines are met and initiatives remain on schedule.
  • Organize and attend business meetings, taking detailed minutes and tracking action items.
  • Manage ad-hoc personal and professional errands to optimize the Director's efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Secretarial role.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills with a high degree of initiative and autonomy.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and preferably English.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management software.
  • High level of integrity, professional maturity, and ability to maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required to support business objectives.
