Bambu Fitness Bali is seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant to the Director to join our team in the heart of Uluwatu. In this pivotal role, you will act as the right hand to our Director, ensuring smooth operations, managing high-level scheduling, and facilitating seamless communication across our fitness ecosystem.

This position requires a dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses the maturity to handle sensitive information with complete discretion. As our Personal Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards that Bambu Fitness is known for. You will manage the Director's calendar, oversee daily operations support, and assist in project management tasks that drive our fitness community forward. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the Director's complex calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Prepare, draft, and proofread communications, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate and organize high-level meetings, taking comprehensive minutes and tracking action items.
  • Assist with administrative project management, ensuring deadlines are met and initiatives are on track.
  • Manage confidential documentation and maintain accurate digital filing systems.
  • Handle occasional personal errands and administrative tasks to ensure the Director's focus remains on business strategy.
  • Monitor daily office operations to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a high-level administrative support role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English (proficiency in Indonesian is a plus).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and digital project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgment.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ability to reside in or commute to the Uluwatu/Kuta Selatan area comfortably.
  • Relevant degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
