Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize the CEO's complex calendar, including meeting prioritization and travel arrangements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication channels.
- Develop and implement efficient administrative systems to streamline daily operations and reporting.
- Prepare high-quality presentations, reports, and correspondence for board meetings and executive briefings.
- Coordinate and attend key meetings, capturing actionable insights and tracking progress on strategic initiatives.
- Conduct research and synthesize information to assist the CEO in informed decision-making.
- Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and professional integrity.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in an executive support or personal assistant role.
- Exceptional proficiency in English and Indonesian, both written and verbal.
- Advanced technical skills, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Notion, Trello, or Asana).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
