Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively source and acquire new customers to grow the bank's retail banking portfolio.
- Provide comprehensive financial advisory services to meet client needs in wealth management, protection, and credit products.
- Maintain and deepen existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of retention and satisfaction.
- Execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns to achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and internal standard operating procedures.
- Conduct professional financial planning presentations and investment reviews for high-net-worth and mass-market clients.
- Prepare accurate sales reports and monitor performance against set KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Possession of relevant financial certifications (e.g., PCE, CEILI, TBE) is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure to meet aggressive sales targets.
- Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin or other dialects is a significant plus.
- Strong integrity and ethical conduct in handling sensitive financial information.
