In this role, you will be the face of Hong Leong Bank, providing tailored financial solutions ranging from investment products, insurance, to credit facilities. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, possesses strong interpersonal skills, and is dedicated to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Tanggung Jawab

  • Proactively source and acquire new customers to grow the bank's retail banking portfolio.
  • Provide comprehensive financial advisory services to meet client needs in wealth management, protection, and credit products.
  • Maintain and deepen existing customer relationships to ensure high levels of retention and satisfaction.
  • Execute sales strategies and marketing campaigns to achieve individual and team performance targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all banking regulations, policies, and internal standard operating procedures.
  • Conduct professional financial planning presentations and investment reviews for high-net-worth and mass-market clients.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports and monitor performance against set KPIs.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Possession of relevant financial certifications (e.g., PCE, CEILI, TBE) is highly advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure to meet aggressive sales targets.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak Mandarin or other dialects is a significant plus.
  • Strong integrity and ethical conduct in handling sensitive financial information.
