Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing daily banking transactions and account inquiries
- Identify and cross-sell appropriate banking products (loans, credit cards, investments) to meet customer needs
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and financial planning consultations
- Meet monthly sales targets and performance metrics while maintaining regulatory compliance
- Process loan applications, account openings, and documentation with accuracy and efficiency
- Stay updated on banking regulations, products, and digital banking technologies
- Collaborate with credit and wealth management teams to provide holistic financial solutions
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail banking, sales, or customer service roles
- Strong knowledge of financial products and banking regulations in Malaysia
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Proficiency in banking software and digital platforms
- Professional certification (e.g., CFP, CIMA) is advantageous
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
