Tanggung Jawab
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets for life insurance and bancassurance products.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis with customers to recommend suitable financial solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and cross-selling opportunities.
- Promote and sell a wide range of RHB Bank products, including savings accounts, loans, and credit cards, alongside insurance solutions.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory changes, and product knowledge through continuous training.
- Collaborate with the branch team to achieve overall branch performance goals.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in any field, preferably in Finance, Business, or Marketing.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales, banking, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region for client meetings.
