Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service to meet and exceed client expectations and ensure satisfaction.
- Assist customers with daily banking transactions, including account openings, deposits, and withdrawals.
- Proactively promote and cross-sell a wide range of bank products and services to meet sales targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow-ups.
- Identify customer needs and refer them to specialized banking services or senior relationship managers.
- Ensure all customer interactions and documentation comply with strict bank regulations and policies.
- Participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Kualifikasi
- Citizenship: Singaporean or Permanent Resident preferred (SG ONLY).
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels or equivalent qualification.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Basic proficiency in computer applications (MS Office) and banking software.
