- Manage customer inquiries and provide accurate information on banking products and services.
- Conduct financial needs analysis to recommend suitable solutions to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Process daily banking transactions and ensure accuracy in all records.
- Cross-sell and upsell financial products to meet sales targets.
- Participate in training sessions and career development programs.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve branch and departmental goals.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
