Tanggung Jawab
- Achieve and exceed sales targets for a wide range of products including deposits, bancassurance, unit trusts, and lending products.
- Proactively identify customer financial needs and provide tailored advice and solutions to help them achieve their goals.
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers through regular engagement.
- Conduct financial health checks and offer wealth management strategies to enhance customer portfolios.
- Ensure full compliance with all internal banking policies, procedures, and external regulatory requirements.
- Actively participate in branch sales campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities to drive business growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and provide exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to cross-sell products and maximize client potential.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
- Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of banking products, investment instruments (unit trusts), insurance (bancassurance), and lending facilities.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service excellence.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Possess relevant financial certifications (e.g., FIMM, PCE, CEILI) is an added advantage.
