Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in mortgage sales, retail banking, or customer service
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in financial services
- Strong knowledge of mortgage products, loan structures, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
- Valid Malaysian work authorization required
