Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Provide comprehensive financial advisory services to individual customers regarding retail banking products.
- Execute effective cross-selling strategies for loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment products.
- Maintain a high standard of customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct regular outbound calls and networking activities to expand the branch's customer portfolio.
- Ensure full compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia guidelines and internal bank policies during all transactions.
- Prepare accurate financial reports and documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales, banking, or financial services is highly preferred.
- Possession of relevant certifications (e.g., PCE, CEILLI, FIMM) is a significant advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to meet sales KPIs and performance targets.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Sabah region as required.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak local dialects is an added advantage.
