Tanggung Jawab
- Drive and deliver monthly sales targets for core banking products including deposits, bancassurance, unit trust, and various lending products.
- Proactively identify and acquire new-to-bank customers through networking, roadshows, and referrals.
- Maintain and deepen relationships with existing customers by providing professional financial advisory and excellent post-sales service.
- Conduct regular financial health checks for clients to ensure their portfolios are aligned with their long-term objectives.
- Collaborate with branch management to execute marketing campaigns and local community engagement initiatives.
- Ensure all sales activities and documentation comply with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) regulations and internal bank policies.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge in the Sarawak market.
Kualifikasi
- A recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Possess relevant industry licenses: PCE, CEILLI, and FIMM/UTS (CUTA/UTFED) are highly preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience in the banking or insurance industry; fresh graduates with a strong sales aptitude may be considered.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to converse in local Sarawakian dialects or Mandarin as an added advantage.
- Strong analytical mind with a deep understanding of financial products and wealth management.
- Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently under pressure.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Sarawak region as required.
