Tanggung Jawab
- Drive branch performance by achieving individual sales targets for various banking products.
- Proactively cross-sell products such as loans, credit cards, insurance, and investment schemes to existing and new customers.
- Provide comprehensive financial advisory services tailored to customer needs.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of retail banking clients by maintaining long-term relationships.
- Execute high-quality customer service during face-to-face interactions to ensure branch satisfaction metrics are met.
- Participate in branch-wide campaigns and marketing initiatives to increase market share.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal banking policies.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or any related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a strong advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced retail banking environment.
