- Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing inquiries and providing personalized assistance with empathy and professionalism.
- Coordinate and schedule daily activities, medical appointments, and personal errands to ensure residents maintain an active and fulfilling lifestyle.
- Maintain detailed records of resident preferences, needs, and service requests to ensure continuity of care and a personalized experience.
- Foster a warm and welcoming environment by actively engaging with residents and their families to build trust and rapport.
- Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, nursing staff, and facility management to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Handle resident complaints or concerns promptly, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the residents and their families.
- Assist in the planning and execution of community events and wellness programs tailored to resident interests.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated experience in hospitality, customer service, or senior care/assisted living is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for helping others.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.
- High level of empathy, patience, and a patient-first attitude are essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required by the facility.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with scheduling or record-keeping software.
- Valid work authorization for Singapore.
