- Plan, prepare, and present nutritious and delicious meals according to client preferences and dietary requirements
- Shop for fresh, high-quality ingredients while managing food inventory efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, ensuring proper food safety and hygiene standards
- Adapt recipes and cooking techniques to accommodate various dietary restrictions including allergies, vegetarian, vegan, and special medical diets
- Prepare meals for special occasions, dinner parties, and other events as requested
- Keep detailed records of meal plans, ingredients used, and client feedback
- Stay updated on culinary trends, techniques, and new recipes to continuously enhance your offerings
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a personal chef, professional cook, or in a similar culinary role
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavor profiles
- Ability to adapt menus based on client preferences, dietary restrictions, and seasonal ingredients
- Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Certification in food safety and hygiene is highly desirable
