Join Path Finder Investment as a Personal Development Trainer in the dynamic Food & Beverage industry and transform talent into excellence. You'll work closely with management to identify skill gaps, create engaging learning materials, and conduct immersive workshops that foster leadership, service excellence, and industry-specific competencies. Tanggung Jawab
- Design and execute comprehensive training curricula for F&B staff across all service levels
- Conduct engaging workshops on leadership, customer service, and operational standards
- Develop assessment tools to measure training effectiveness and skill progression
- Create tailored learning materials including manuals, digital content, and role-play scenarios
- Mentor and coach staff to foster professional growth and career development
- Collaborate with department heads to align training with business objectives
- Track training outcomes and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of training experience in F&B or hospitality industry
- Strong presentation skills with ability to engage diverse audiences
- Expertise in adult learning principles and instructional design
- Proficiency in developing both technical and soft-skills training programs
- Experience in needs analysis and program evaluation methodologies
- Certification in training or coaching (e.g., CTT+, Train the Trainer) preferred
