Tanggung Jawab
- Provide safe, timely, and courteous transportation for company executives, staff, and clients to various destinations within Olongapo City, Pampanga, Manila, and other designated areas.
- Plan daily travel routes effectively to avoid traffic congestion and ensure strict adherence to schedules.
- Maintain the company vehicle in pristine condition, including regular cleaning, washing, and basic troubleshooting.
- Coordinate with the administrative department for the vehicle's preventive maintenance schedule, repairs, and official registration requirements (LTO).
- Ensure the vehicle is always fueled, stocked with necessary supplies, and ready for immediate dispatch.
- Assist with the pickup and delivery of documents, packages, and other company materials as needed.
- Uphold the highest standards of discretion and confidentiality regarding company business and executive travel itineraries.
- Keep detailed and accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and expenses.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Professional Driver's License (Restrictions 1, 2, and 3) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional driving experience, preferably as a personal, executive, or family driver.
- Extensive knowledge of road networks and traffic conditions in Olongapo, Pampanga, Manila, and surrounding provinces (NLEX, SLEX, TPLEX familiarity is a must).
- Proven ability to maintain composure and safety in heavy traffic and long-distance travel scenarios.
- Must be physically healthy and fit to travel, with no serious medical conditions that impair driving ability.
- High school graduate or equivalent; additional vocational training in driving or automotive mechanics is a strong advantage.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional demeanor.
- Flexibility with working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays.
