As a Personal Driver cum Despatch, you will be responsible for providing reliable transportation services to our executives while also managing dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and documents.
The ideal candidate will have a clean driving record, excellent knowledge of local routes in Kuala Lumpur, and a strong commitment to safety and punctuality. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide safe and reliable transportation services to company executives and management
- Manage daily dispatch operations to ensure timely delivery of goods and documents
- Maintain the company vehicle in excellent condition, including regular maintenance checks
- Plan efficient routes to minimize travel time and fuel consumption
- Handle administrative tasks related to vehicle maintenance and dispatch records
- Ensure all deliveries are properly documented and tracked
- Adhere to traffic regulations and company policies at all times
- Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Valid driving license with a clean record
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a personal driver or in a similar role
- Excellent knowledge of Kuala Lumpur road networks and traffic patterns
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy for maintaining dispatch records
- Physical fitness to handle loading and unloading of goods when necessary
