TSH Concrete Industries Sdn Bhd, a market leader in the manufacturing and construction supply sector based in Teluk Intan, Perak, is seeking a dedicated, professional, and highly dependable Personal Driver (Pemandu Peribadi) to provide exemplary transportation and support to our Managing Director and household.
This pivotal role requires absolute discretion, flawless time management, and a proactive, can-do attitude. You will be responsible for the safe, comfortable, and timely transport of the Managing Director and family members to business meetings, social engagements, and personal appointments. In addition to driving, you will coordinate vehicle maintenance, manage trip itineraries, and assist with confidential personal errands to ensure the principal's daily operations run seamlessly.
We are looking for an individual who genuinely takes pride in their work. The ideal candidate will be intimately familiar with the routes in Perak, Selangor, Penang, and the Klang Valley. You must possess strong defensive driving skills, exceptional knowledge of traffic patterns, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. A pristine driving record is non-negotiable.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide safe, punctual, and discreet transportation for the Managing Director and their immediate family members to various destinations.
- Plan and execute daily driving schedules efficiently, optimizing routes and managing travel time effectively.
- Oversee the comprehensive maintenance, servicing, and cleanliness of the assigned vehicle.
- Assist with confidential personal errands and administrative tasks as directed by the principal.
- Maintain impeccable vehicle readiness, ensuring documentation, fuel levels, and safety standards are always met.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic regulations and road safety laws to maintain a flawless driving record.
- Demonstrate flexibility to accommodate varying schedules, including early mornings, late evenings, and interstate journeys.
- Represent the company with high standards of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid and updated Malaysian driving license (Class D/DA).
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Personal Driver, Chauffeur, or Executive Driver.
- A spotless driving history with no major traffic violations or accidents (verifiable).
- In-depth knowledge of road networks across Perak, Selangor, Penang, and the Klang Valley.
- Impeccable punctuality, time management, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, trustworthiness, and absolute discretion.
- Good verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays when required.
