Tanggung Jawab
- Safely transport the Director to and from the office, business meetings, corporate functions, and personal engagements.
- Analyze and plan the most efficient routes using GPS technology and local knowledge to ensure strictly punctual arrivals.
- Maintain the vehicle in pristine condition at all times, ensuring regular cleaning, servicing, and inspection.
- Conduct daily safety checks on the vehicle, including monitoring fuel levels, tire pressure, and engine fluids.
- Oversee all vehicle-related administration, including the renewal of road tax, insurance, and the management of toll and parking records.
- Observe strict confidentiality and discretion regarding all corporate and personal information encountered during the course of duty.
- Assist with ad-hoc tasks such as document delivery, running errands, and providing logistical support as required.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a valid Malaysian Driving License (Class D) with an impeccable, accident-free driving history.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of professional experience as a Personal Driver or Executive Chauffeur for high-level management.
- Expert knowledge of Kuala Lumpur and Selangor road networks, including shortcuts and traffic patterns.
- Exceptional punctuality and a strong sense of commitment to a demanding schedule.
- Professional appearance and high standards of personal grooming and hygiene.
- Proficiency in using mobile navigation applications such as Waze and Google Maps.
- Good command of both English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
