Seri Yakin Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly professional and discreet Personal Driver to Director to join our executive team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a prestigious full-time role requiring an individual with exceptional driving skills, a polished demeanor, and a strong commitment to punctuality and discretion.
As the Personal Driver, you will be the face of our organization, responsible for the safe and timely transportation of the Director to various business engagements, corporate meetings, and private events. You will also play a key role in managing the logistics of travel, ensuring that the Director arrives at every destination relaxed and on schedule. We are looking for a candidate who takes pride in maintaining a spotless vehicle and possesses a proactive attitude towards problem-solving.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide safe, timely, and reliable transportation for the Director to and from business meetings, corporate events, and personal engagements.
- Plan efficient routes in advance, accounting for traffic patterns and alternative routes to ensure punctuality.
- Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks, including cleaning, refueling, and minor repairs to ensure the car is always in pristine condition.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage, packages, and personal items during travel.
- Handle sensitive confidential documents and errands discreetly when required.
- Manage the vehicle's logbook, insurance, and road tax documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Class 3 Driving License (Malaysia) with a clean driving record and no history of major traffic offenses.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience driving high-profile executives or senior management in a professional setting.
- Strong knowledge of the road network and traffic conditions in Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.
- Excellent grooming standards, professional appearance, and a polite, courteous demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends, as per the Director's schedule.
- Fluency in English and Malay (Bahasa Malaysia) is highly preferred for communication.
