In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive protection and safe transportation for our top management, ensuring their security and punctuality throughout their daily operations.
The ideal candidate is a disciplined individual with a background in security, close protection, or law enforcement, combined with advanced driving skills. You will act as a primary point of contact for the safety of our executives, demonstrating exceptional situational awareness, professionalism, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure the personal safety and security of top management during travel and at various locations.
- Provide reliable, punctual, and safe transportation for executives to meetings, corporate events, and personal engagements.
- Conduct advance security reconnaissance of routes and venues to minimize potential risks.
- Maintain the executive vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring regular maintenance and cleanliness.
- Monitor and respond to changing environmental conditions or security threats proactively.
- Handle sensitive information and executive communications with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
- Maintain a flexible work schedule to accommodate the needs of the executives, including early starts or late finishes.
- Coordinate with local authorities or building security personnel when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in close protection, security services, or as a high-profile chauffeur.
- Possess a valid, clean Malaysian driver’s license with an excellent driving safety record.
- Formal training in defensive driving or executive protection is highly advantageous.
- Strong situational awareness and ability to perform risk assessments.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks requiring vigilance.
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
- Proven ability to manage confidential information with complete integrity.
