Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the primary mortgage market through partnerships with property developers.
  • Proactively approach and acquire new KPR (Kredit Pemilikan Rumah) customers to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Conduct professional presentations and consultations to potential borrowers regarding OCBC NISP mortgage products and interest schemes.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with developers, brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a steady pipeline of leads.
  • Manage the end-to-end loan application process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with bank regulations.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market insights to management to support strategic planning and sales optimization.
  • Represent OCBC NISP at property expos, open houses, and developer events to maximize brand visibility and lead generation.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Marketing, Business, or Finance preferred).
  • Proven experience in direct sales, preferably in the banking, mortgage, or property industry.
  • Strong understanding of the KPR market and current real estate trends in Jakarta.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric mindset.
  • High level of self-motivation, target-oriented attitude, and the ability to work independently.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and experience with CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to work in the field and travel within the Jakarta area to meet clients and partners.
