Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service or retail banking is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
- Self-motivated and sales-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with financial products, investment instruments, and regulatory compliance.
- Valid Malaysian driver’s license is an advantage.
