The SM Store at Mall of Asia is seeking a Personal Shopper - Corporate Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our valued corporate clients, ensuring a seamless, high-end shopping experience that reflects our brand's reputation.
You will be instrumental in managing account portfolios, curating product selections, and driving sales growth through personalized service. We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses impeccable communication skills, and has a deep understanding of retail operations and client satisfaction.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing corporate accounts to ensure long-term loyalty and repeat business.
- Execute personalized shopping journeys for corporate clients, from product selection to final delivery.
- Develop and implement strategies to expand the corporate client base within the Mall of Asia catchment area.
- Collaborate with floor managers and procurement teams to ensure inventory availability for high-value orders.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and generate reports to track account growth and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of corporate bulk orders.
- Resolve client concerns professionally to maintain the highest standard of service excellence.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in corporate sales, luxury retail, or personal shopping roles.
- Strong background in relationship management and consultative selling techniques.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required by mall operations.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic Retail POS systems.
