- Design and implement personalized fitness programs aligned with member goals
- Conduct fitness assessments and track progress through measurable metrics

Kualifikasi
- Certified Personal Trainer qualification (ACE, NASM, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years experience in personal training or fitness coaching
- Strong knowledge of exercise physiology and nutrition principles
- Excellent communication and motivational skills
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Proficiency in fitness assessment tools and progress tracking software
